FROM OUR PROJECT COLLECTIONAccount for equipment before promising a continuous application
Map surfaces near mounts, curbs and other penetrations that may be difficult to reach. Ask which areas can be inspected, cleaned and prepared without equipment work. An uninterrupted-looking finish should not be promised where access remains unresolved or portions of the roof are excluded.
If removal, protection or other equipment coordination is necessary, identify the responsible contractor and sequence. The roofing scope should describe the connections and treated surfaces while equipment tasks remain clearly assigned. This prevents a coating estimate from silently assuming access that another party has not agreed to provide.
