FROM OUR PROJECT COLLECTIONChoose the treatment after identifying materials
A roof can carry several generations of patches. Those layers matter when considering a sealant, flashing repair or other treatment. Ask what surface is present and whether it can receive the proposed product. Adding another material without that information can leave the underlying defect unexplained.
Some details need replacement or removal of damaged components rather than an added surface layer. Where a compatible coating is considered, eligibility and preparation still need assessment. The scope should say which action applies at each location instead of treating all seams and penetrations as identical.
